Course Overview

A one-day executive masterclass for manufacturing leaders to strengthen adaptive capacity, emotional agility, and strategic foresight in an AI-transformed world.

As artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes manufacturing operations, organisational structures, and workforce dynamics, leaders face unprecedented levels of complexity, speed, and psychological pressure. Technical capability alone is no longer sufficient. Personal resilience has become a critical leadership capability.

This masterclass equips manufacturing leaders with evidence-based resilience frameworks, practical emotional and cognitive strategies, and AI-specific leadership insights to navigate uncertainty with confidence. Participants will learn how to lead themselves and others through disruption, harness AI as a driver of innovation rather than anxiety, and sustain performance in pressured environments.

Through guided reflection, facilitated peer learning, and applied scenarios, participants will strengthen self-awareness, stress regulation, and adaptive leadership capacity in the context of AI adoption and workforce transformation.

Course Cost

The course costs R4 686 per participant. This is fully inclusive of all refreshments, teas and includes lunch on the day, as well as stationery. The cost excludes accommodation.

Venue and Accommodation
